July 4th Finally posted!

We had a great July 4th weekend.. it started with a bike ride up to Lucky Peaks Sandy Point Beach. I drove the truck up with Kaden and Abigail and set up camp for the day while the rest of the the family (jer and Rachel, Jeff and Shuana, Karen, Josh and kids ) Biked the Ten Miles up. We had a blast in the water, sand and shade. It was nice cause there was NO CELL SERVICE!!!! so we TRULY Relaxed as a family!! Then we packed up and I drove the truck back down while the rest of them did the Ten Miles back down.. Way to go Guys!!

On Monday the 4th, Karen , Shauna and I went all the way out to no mans land in Melba.. LOL and did a 10K.  It was awesome to be there with Shauna and see her finish her first 10K!  The fun part for me was trying to find places along the way to pee since there wasn't any port a potty's along the way. heheh so I had to run ahead so no one could see me escape into the bushes. :) But we finished with Flying colors and Karen even got an award! (she is amazing and always gets something)  At the end of the race we found the coolest BUTT KICKING Chairs!! Couldn't pass up the opportunity to sit in one!

We Finished our great weekend in style, Dinner at Coasta Vida and then went to the office and did fireworks and watched the Meridian fireworks.. Then hit the pillows hard that night. LOL  We loved every minute with the family!
