A New Year comes New Goals!

Happy 2012! Wow how time fly's. Tanner is 7, Kaden is 3 and little Miss Abigail is 1. We had a fantastic New Years Eve, Followed by a super fun New Years Day. On New Years Eve, we went bowling with dear friends and the new super fun Bowling ally. Then off to a great Fondue night with wonderful family! On New Years Day we didn't quite make it to the new 9 o'clock schedule for Church. we are deffinitly going to have to work on that. So we decided to take a little family time on a beautiful blue sky day and go four wheeling with the Kids. It was still only about 42 degrees but the sun made it that much better.. We had a blast.. Tanner and Kaden got to drive part of the time and Abigail kept giggling and telling me to go faster. It was the perfect start to a New Year. That night Josh and I were laying in bed and I told him that this year, I'm going to be more patient, organized and Laugh more. I asked him what his New Years thing was going to be and he responded by saying.. " I'm going to make it Rain" LOL What a dork. Another one of mine is to keep up with my blog. My goal is to Update it every week with what happend that week and my thoughts. So here I am... Sadly,, I truly don't even remember what Happened Monday.. I think I literally cleaned and did laundry all day.. Tuesday about the same. That night Josh and I were able to go Help our dear Friend get ready to open up her Amazing new Dance studio. Thursday I was able to spend some good time with my Dear friend from childhood, Ali. She moved up here a few months ago and we try to get together to catch up. Tanner had his first dance class for the new year and was so excited to learn new Break dancing moves. Friday my Crazy Friend Nat. Talked me into starting CROSSFIT at 6 am.. Wowzers.. it was hard.. but I am hooked and am planning on doing it every morning. That night we Went out for Josh's brother Jeff's birthday. It was good to just sit and spend some time with his family. It was fun Laughing over a yummy Dinner at Jakers. Now its Saturday and I Can't wait to spend some time with friends and with Josh! Company Christmas Party

We have had an awesome year.. Josh's office has been growing and we are finally relieved that the Hard work these last three years is paying off with a group of loan officers that have become great friends. Our Company Christmas Party was a fun success. We had 64 people there and all were in good spirits and ready for some fun times and good food.. I had a photographer come out and take pictures of all the loan officers and processors and their plus ones. (dates) I was able to frame them all and hand them out as gifts today. We loved going to Berryhill & Co. The food was fantastic. All in all it was a fun night. Thanks Josh for paying for it.. :)

A Utah pre Christmas Vacation

We headed to Utah last weekend to spend time with family and friends. We went on a fun sleigh ride through Layton City park to look at all the lights. We then met up with Josh's family to have a fun Christmas get together and spend time with Zach that just got home from his Mission. We then headed to good ol Orem to spend some time with my side of the family,, On Monday I was able to go to lunch with a super fun friend Tiffany.. I miss her. even though it was a super fast lunch. It was time needed with her. We missed Hailey not being with us, but she was thought of. later that trip, We had a fun Christmas dinner and went Tubing at Soldier Hollow.. It was sad that at the end of December there was NO snow and they had to make snow so we could Tube. It was fun to be back up in Heber area. Oh how I miss it dearly,, I miss being in the Mountains and all the Dear Friends we had (have) . We were able to go to a fun night with Our great old Friends Allen and Melissa in Park City.. I love catching up and having it feel like old times. Christmas is on its way and I Can't wait for the New Year.. Hugs

Yay for Birds singing in the morning, Waves crashing on the shore and The smell of Tropical flowers. Aww HAWAII!! This year we went to Kauai again. We love it there. Grandma and Grandpa Wilson were there, Uncle Brett, Vance and Karissa and the Girls and Grandma Karen was able to join us. We had a fabulous vacation of pure relaxation and fun. Josh had fun going on a jungle bike ride with Brett, Vance and my Dad. Then Karen and Brett and Josh went to find hidden waterfalls..guess not so hidden if they found them. :) Me, I sat by the ocean side and watched the kids play and wide the waves.. I could have asked for a happier time! This was Abigails first time in the Ocean and she had tons of fun until the salt water splashed in her eyes. The boys had a blast playing with their cousins in the warm water and riding the waves with grandpa.. Grandpa took them out everyday to go snorkeling and look for NEMO. The MEN were able to escape and go golfing. Tanner Rocked it! The kid may not be so great at school but can Pick up any sport like a PRO!! I must say, It was a very needed vacation and It was a HIT! It has been so crazy lately. I feel horrible not updating my blog, its basically my personal journal. we have been busy busy. Tanner and kaden are both is school this year and it makes me sad and baby hungry at the same time. We went to Hawaii in Sept and had a blast. It was fun spending time as a family away from work and school and every day struggles. Abigail has been a hoot lately. she dose everything that kaden dose and kaden dose everything that tanner dose its just a long day of shadowing in this house hold. Josh has been crazy busy at work as well, this time last year he had about 13 people working for him. now there is 28. and still growing, I wish he would just stop hiring for a few months so I can plan our company Christmas party. :) I have been doing PTA again this year and the carnival is coming up. I have also signed up to be on the Relay for Life committee to bring awareness of different kinds of Cancers. I don't really know what to expect but I think it will a fun experience for me. I'm in charge of the media portion as well as event planning.. we will see how it goes. We are thinking we might be moving again sometime in the summer. Just to another house down the road. by our dear friends. then hopefully in a year and a half we can buy our own house. its been hard not having our own home. But its been a long three years and now we can finally say that its been worth it. . It was great to spend time with our dear friend Jason. I hope to have our hard drive figured out the next time I post so that I can post pictures.... I hate not having my laptop!!!!!

I surprised Josh by getting us Front row 50 yard line tickets to the BSU vs. AIR FORCE game.. It was a great game and we had a fun night with each other! Can't wait till next year. Hope to get season tickets!

Golilocks #2

We had so much fun doing the Goldilocks bike race in Utah that we found out that they were doing it here in Meridian July 9th. It was fun that Kathy and Marissa came up and Shauna was able to do it with us this time as well. We did the 40 miles and it was perfect! We all stayed with in a few minutes of eachother. We met up at the rest stops. Most of the ride was with Shauna, her and I kept a really good pace the entire ride. Josh and the kids scared us on our 30miles by driving up behind us and spraying us with water. Almost ate crap when that happend. :) When we finished we had a great cheer team of Josh and the kids and Jeff and Kyler! It was a great ride! followed by a great lunch and pedicures.. could have asked for a better Saturday!

Bosie Music Festival

After spending most of the morning at the zoo for the Wild Zoo Run with the kids, we decided to Ride our bike (2miles) to the Boise Music Festival. It was so stinkin HOT that day but we got lucky and picked out a spot under a tree before it got crowded, we got there around 1pm and didn't leave till 9pm it was fun to walk around to all the food tent and venders , but most of all the hear MC HAMMER and SUGAR RAY, and many more!!!

On July 23rd. , The boys did a race at the Boise zoo! I couldn't have been any prouder!! Kaden did a half mile and Tanner did a Mile run. They first had the half milers go first. Karen stayed with Tanner and Abigail while I went to the starting line with Kaden.. Once they blew the horn for the race to start, that was the last I saw of Kaden till I did my best to catch up with the little guy and his speedy legs.. LOL He finished 7th. What an AWESOME runner he was!!! Then it was Tann's turn and he bolted as well, there were definitely more kids in his age group but Tanner finished somewhere in the middle and we are so so happy that he didn't die at the end, it was HOT! Like I said before I am so so Proud of my Little guys for doing it, let alone actually running and finishing it! After the race we had breakfast at the zoo and toured the zoo!

July 4th Finally posted!

We had a great July 4th weekend.. it started with a bike ride up to Lucky Peaks Sandy Point Beach. I drove the truck up with Kaden and Abigail and set up camp for the day while the rest of the the family (jer and Rachel, Jeff and Shuana, Karen, Josh and kids ) Biked the Ten Miles up. We had a blast in the water, sand and shade. It was nice cause there was NO CELL SERVICE!!!! so we TRULY Relaxed as a family!! Then we packed up and I drove the truck back down while the rest of them did the Ten Miles back down.. Way to go Guys!!

On Monday the 4th, Karen , Shauna and I went all the way out to no mans land in Melba.. LOL and did a 10K. It was awesome to be there with Shauna and see her finish her first 10K! The fun part for me was trying to find places along the way to pee since there wasn't any port a potty's along the way. heheh so I had to run ahead so no one could see me escape into the bushes. :) But we finished with Flying colors and Karen even got an award! (she is amazing and always gets something) At the end of the race we found the coolest BUTT KICKING Chairs!! Couldn't pass up the opportunity to sit in one!

We Finished our great weekend in style, Dinner at Coasta Vida and then went to the office and did fireworks and watched the Meridian fireworks.. Then hit the pillows hard that night. LOL We loved every minute with the family!

Completely forgot to do a TOUR DE CURE post.

This year Josh, Tanner and I joined the family team TNT and rode in the Tour De Cure cycling event. Josh and I did 65 miles and our little tanner man did 25! We had amazing support for some of our family and friend to help us raise the money to help with the cure of Diabetes. we eached reached our goal of raising $150.00 or more. It was a great experience to do it with the family! Here are some of the photos that we were able to take from others.. I can't wait till next year.. Maybe the 80 miler?

Camping old school. lol coming from camping with a 5th wheel, this was a adventure! We had a blast with our dear friend, even got our own tent. The rope swing was awesome and the big pancake flip was a high light. :) Thanks for a Fun weekend guys!!!

Good Ol' Jackson Hole, WY

My mom and I took the kids to Jackson Hole for our Annual trip. This is our third year doing this with the kids. We had a blast as always. the weather was great. A little cold the first night but it was perfect after that. We went to Yellowstone our first day. We did some fun hiking and saw Bears, Elk, Buffalo, anilope, bears with cubs, and more. We drove all the way to north yellowstone to Mamath and back down to old faithful. It was definitly a Full day! We left at 9 in the morning and got back at 11pm. But it was FUN!

Eating at the soda and float shop in Canyon Village. The kids thought it was cool to sit on the old soda fountain stools.

Our first bear sighting was a black bear and its cubs. The kids and I got in trubble for being out of the car by the Ranger. heheh but its in my blood to piss off ranger dick. :)

These are the Hot springs of Mamath in North Yellowstone. It was HOT and the kids didn't like that we made them get out and Hike to the top.

After the heated hike, we found a little stream to play in. Aww gotta LOVE brotherly love.

It was cool seeing all the elk that were just hanging out in Mamath.

The buffalo were in full force on the roads, It was annoying at times, don't they have a High speed button on these things.. they move so DAMN slow. hehe

Here is the Grizzly and its cubs that we saw across the river when no one else was around, It was pretty cool to get there first and have some time to just enjoy the bears.

The next day we woke up early and headed to Jenny's lake in Teton National Forest. In the past 2 year we have always just taken the boat ride to the other side of the lake where the falls are at, But this year we got CRAZY and decided to hike the 4 mile trail to the falls. It was fun and the Kids did AMAZING! no complaining at all, I was impressed with my little ones and their little legs. I even put Abi down for some of it and had her walk.

The lake was so High that it actually washed away the old trail and they had to make a new one.

Finally made it on the boat ride back to the other side, It was fun hiking around but I didn't think the kids were going to make it 4 miles back. So we hitched a ride.

When we were heading out of Jenny's lake and Moose junction. we found this Handsome fella on the side of the road by the river. We named him Max

Abigail and Kaden fell asleep on the way back into Jackson, so Tanner and I decided to go do the Alpine Slide at Snow King Ski Resort. It was some good ol fun with my Tanner man!

On the way home. We couldn't help ourselfs so we had to stop off at Bear World.. The kids loved it! all though I really wanted to find some hambergers and rub them on the tires, we didn't have time. We saw some fun animals. even this stangly looking fella. The albino Elk..

All in all it was a great trip with lots of fun memories made. The kids had a blast and I loved spending time with my mom!

. Becuase I was in Utah for the Goldilocks Race, I stayed for mothers day and spent the day with my family then drove back to Idaho that night. It was a fun Mothers day. We went down the the Marriot in Provo for the Buffet. Then stopped off at the capitol to take some pictures

After my Birthday, I headed to Utah to do a 25 mile bike race with Karen, Kathy and Marissa. It was so stinkin fun! I fell over once being cliped into the peddles, pretty good for it only being my second ride being cliped in. the first 20 miles seemed to go by fast. the last 5 were hard. It was such an accomplishment. Now onto training for the 65 miles that Josh and I are doing for the Tour De Cure in June. Even Tanner is doing 25 miles. Kaden Turns 3!!

Im so bad latly at blogging and getting my pictures in order. Kadens birthday was on the 11th of April. He turned 3!! he is such a little funny stud! Kaden always makes us laugh, even when we just want to yell at him for doing somthing naughty.. he is so stinkin funny. Josh was saying last night how fun it is that Kaden is always giggling and smileing. He is always willing to try new things and play with anyone! He has taken up a love for UFC fighting.. guess we should stop watching it in front of him,. He seems to always want to beat Tanner up. and HE can! He like anything that has to do with Music! Kaden has one name that he calls anyone that he is mad at or if he just is being funny. " You poo poo Head" its funny when he calls you this when he is so mad that his face is bright red. Its hard not to laugh. We love our little KK. Cheers to 3 years buddy.

Our little Miss Abigail turned one....Her little personality is amazing. She has 6 teeth and crawls faster then I can run. She waves bye and can blow kisses. She loves anything she can hold up to her ear and think its a phone. She smiles every time Kaden or Tanner talk to her, and she loves to be snuggled. Anytime I sing to her she tries to sing too. She loves to dance with me in the kitchen. She will only sit on the couch long enough to watch shows with only her daddy. She hates clothes, dressing her is like trying to dress a octopus. When you put sunglasses on her she grins sideways. She loves loves loves being outside. Any time the wind blows she has the biggest grin on her face. Our little girl has taught us to slow down and enjoy the things we are blessed with. She has gotten so big in just one year. It makes me sad it has gone by so fast. We love our little Abbi and can't wait for the fun to come in many more years!

I love the snow, so when we had a chance in Febuary to go snowmobilling down to Bear Lake with my family, there was no passing it up. I do miss livinging in the mountains and having sleds of our own to go anytime we wanted to. The kids love it. Here are some of the fun pictures of the weekend! I took the kiddos and got some cute valentines pictures taken by my dear friend Gabi. My plan was to make cute valentines cards for all of you with the pictures but when I got around to doing the card part, the fundage was not there HEHEH.. so this is what you get.. It was fun to get the kids pictures taken, The individual photos turned out so cute, but when we put the Rug Rats all together, it was a workout! Kaden wouldn't smile, Tanner kept smiling weird and goofing off, and Abigail didn't know the meaning "STAY" .. But they still are so stinkin cute!!
I just want to say that I am so blessed to have you all in our lives. I love each one of my dear family and friends. I wish I could show you and tell each of you that daily! each of you are special in your own way to me! Hugs to you all, Happy Valentines day!

Christmas Work Party

So I finally am around to putting up some photos from Josh's office Christmas Party.. I think I just have burnt myself out with Christmas parties that I neglected to blog about them.. But.. our dear photographer and Friend Steph got me the discs today sooooo.. Here ya go.. I loved having a night to dress up and have some adult time,, SOOOO for all you (hint hint) people that were bummed that I made it a dress up night, Don't complain or next year I will make it a formal night.. HEHEH I enjoyed doing all of it this year but, Might have to hire out some of it next year, lol or just don't try to hang lights from the ceiling by standing on top of an old wooden 8 foot latter suspended on a coffee table and rubber maid tub.. LOL soooo not safe! But hey the pictures look great and what took me two days to do only took 10 people 40 min to undo. LOL I got to say though I had amazing friends that helped me out with the hard stuff. like holding the latter so I didn't die! Love ya Tracy!

Half (insain) Marathon

My dear friend Tracy talked me into doing the Hardest freakin Half Marathon in boise. It was climbing the back hills of garden city up to 1200 elevation and back down.. I will admit to saying almost every swear word in the books. I know now that I can't just run one or two miles A WEEK and think I can run a half. lol thats why people train, well that and the fact that they want to be able to FUNCTION afterward. lol my body is still in shock! But I am glad to have accomplished such a thing. I think this was harder then giving labor. lol with climbing the hills and trying to pace myself on the steep slopes down, I did the race in 2 hours and 52 min. Im not so proud of that but hope to beat it next year. will I do another half you ask..... ABSOLUTLY! just if its on the flats for now :)! I love when halloween gets close, then its all parties from here till the new year! Last night we went to our dear friends house the Schows for a fun Pumpkin Carving party with the Roberts as well. The kids had a blast scooping out the guts of the pumkins. lol there is a funny picture of kaden making a funny face case he tasted the seeds with out them being cooked. and then sat in front of the door so that we couldn't leave at the end. Poor Josh was suck at the office late, so he didn't get to come , But the rest of us had a blast

Tanner had a football camp this fall and LOVED it! His coaches loved him and told him that they wanted us to contact them when he gets into colledge. lol I love how tanner man can put his mind to any sport and play it awesome! Theres my bragging for the day lol

Abigails Surgery

Sorry this was last month but I just found all the pictures. Im trying to get back ontop of crap. lol

The Surgery for our little angel went better then we thought.. Once they put her to sleep and put the scope inside of her, they found that the Uritaceal they were going to remove ,was actually working at a functional uritaceal. so if there would have removed it , it would have caused more damage to the rt kidney then is already there. So while they were checking that, they also did all the dye tests and kidney function test. They found that the left kidney is functioning at 70% and the right kidney is functioning at 30%. But its only the bottom part of the Right Kidney that is functioning. Soooo.. for the next 6 months they are going to do 2 MRI and Ultra sounds on her Right kidney to make sure the infection doesn't spread to much. then when she turns one, they are going to remove that top part of the Right kidney if the infection hasn't spread, but if it has spread then they will remove the whole Right Kidney.. Its a lot easier to explain and draw pictures :) Anyways, here are some pictures of our little Abigail's Long day! Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers!

Labor Day weekend in McCall.

My Momma was able to come up for labor day weekend. Big suprise came sunday morning when Grandpa was here as well. Tanner and Kaden love when Grandma and Grandpa Wilson come to visit. Sooo to (try) and make it an adventure while they were in town, We took a little day trip up to McCall to play in the mountain air we miss so much. BUT.. we got stuck behind a big accident in the canyon and had to turn around at least to eat lunch in Horseshoe Bend City. After filling up our tummies, We atemped to proceed with our adventure to McCall. When we got up there it was a little breezy but we were ready to have fun.. We took up fishing pools and found the perfect little fishing spot . (No fish bite when its cold) (wink wink) but the memories will always be there and the boys had a great time.. we even kinda got lost in the woods looking for the perfect fishing spot.. We were following grandpa (go figure) lol we even came accross some real bear poop, that kinda freaked me out.. ( My mom was wearing heels) hehe maybe I should explain the idaho version of "resort town" the next time we go. :) even though it made for a long day driving up and back.. it was fun to do something different. Thanks for the great time MOM AND DAD> We love having you here! ( warning, picture overload) Enjoy..

Tanner was so excited to start kindergarten this year. He was stoked to be able to ride the bus as well. It was a fun day. Even Josh got off work to walk Tanner to the bus stop. Tanner gets to ride the bus with his best buddy Tyson Schow. Then they get to ride home together with Hallie Schow as well. It makes it a fun day to be with friend at school! Kaden loves walking tanner there now every day.. He even dresses like him and has to put his backpack on and have the same treat as tanner. Down fall.. Kaden freaks when he dosn't get to go with tanner on the bus.. Its a daily fight I dread..lol

McCall, Idaho

I love McCall. the more we go up there the more I fall in love with it. It always makes me miss home thought.. The Utah mountains will always be in my heart and Mccall is the closet to come to that feeling in Idaho. Josh's brother Jeremy , was doing his first tri. the Swim in the Mccall lake, bike 20 miles on a crazy trail in the mountains and then end it with 6 mile run. He did amazing! We headed up on saturday morning. didn't even know we were going to go up till the last min. we just through all of the camping gear in the car and headed up. Jeremy, Rachel, Noah, Paige and Grandma karen were all at the camp site hanging out. We got there and threw on our suits and went down to play at the lake. Tit Bit NIPPLY..LOl (it was freakin cold) but it was way fun. we then headed back to the camp site where I put my piro skills to action and got a great fire started. We made chicken tinfoil dinners.. YUMMY!!! then it was time for bed.. heres the funnny part. we slept in the tahoe. heheh we don't own a tent since we use to have a fab 5th whell. (Bummer) anywho, Im so wanting to buy a tent now! no more sleeping in the car..lol On sunday we woke up and headed to the starting line for the race.. as soon as Jeremy finished the swiming part and headed for the bike race. we headed to The pancake house.. YUMMY.. Cinnamon rolls the size of my butt.. so so yummy!!! then we made it right in time to jer to get back and head for the last leg of running the race.. it was a great day and so fun to be there to support jeremy! He is so amazing to have the drive to do it! I love the mountains and the mountain air.. Im craving it and can't wait to go back up there!!! its like a mini Park city.. Heaven here in Idaho is what im calling it!

It was tanner's birthday on the 16th. So of course he assumed it was his birthday all weekend. Have to admit, It was a awesome weekend. On Friday he spent the day with Grandma Karen since Abigail was in surgery. They had so much fun. they went shopping and to chucky cheese and played on grandma's slip n slide. On Saturday we hit the Boat races at the meridian speedway.. IT WAS SO FUN!!! we went with dear friends the Robbert's and Schows. Then on Monday we hit the huge water park that Tanner has been dying to go to since we moved up here. Roaring springs.. It was the end to a fun fun SiX birthday for Tanner. Thanks to the Swensons, Schows, Hammonds, Langers, Zwifles for coming and playing with us at the water park!

So this week for some reason I have had to come up with things to get us out of the house and get my mind off of Abigails Surgery on Friday. So today we went to the Boise Zoo with our dear friends.. IT was raining.. BUT we had a blast! There was hardly anyone at the zoo so we just ran and the kids loved the rain! even Abigail was in good spirits! Sorry Y'all,, I was being lazy and got way way behind.. I was able to make it back to Utah this past week for 10 days and it was crazy crayzy busy! Im sad I didn't get to do all I wanted to , But for the stuff and friends I did get to see.. It was great!! We first did a BBQ at mom and dads for the 24th, and yes, Thats good ol Karen, Her dog and Her pop corn machine. Our best of frineds came, The whole Reichert family. it is always so so fun to spend time with great friends. we ventured to Lori's house to watch some firework and hang out . I was able to spend some needed time with my Heber gals.. Stopped by and visited with my dear dear friends the probst. Love ya Chels and Bev!! Then it was up Lake creek for some good old fashion bon fire and hotdogs. THe kids had a blast it it was great to be in the moutain air once again!! THen the Owls game was awesoem. and I did a fun bridal shower for my dear cousin. so excited for her! Then finally a swim in grrandma and grandpa's pool .. I seriously was so busy I only got in once the whole time.. At least I got a shot of me in it..lol Hope you all are doing great! thanks everyone for the fun time I got to spend with you.

First 5k and Emmit Cherry Days

SO yes I did a freakin 5k. now some of you might be falling off of your seat..Yes the girl who wears high heels even while I do the dishes, did a 5k. You see, I have an awesome and amazing mother in law that finds the best potentual in others. So.. Karen and I did the Meridian days Milk day 5k run. She is 62 and fabulous. she was the oldest to do it, and can I say she rocked it,, we wern't even last. :) and for me basicly waking up and doing a 5k with no training.. we are pretty proud of ourselfs!

Then after we met up with out dear friend the schows and the roberts and headed out to emmit for some cherry festival cherry pie. it was fun and HOT for the kids to once again ride on rides and play games. After the carnival we went out to the orchards where you can pick your own cherries and take home. would have been a great day if we didn't end it by running out of gas while up there and being stuck in a dirt embankment. not so fun.. but topping the day off with watching the end to UFC and seeing the UTah guy win, made it a great saturday!!

Every Year my mom and I try to take the kids to Yellowstone and Jackson to get out and enjoy the veiws. If you know me good, then you know that I love WILDLIFE!! I am a little kid on christmas when it comes to seeing wild life. it amazes me. so when we saw a grizzly bear, i was in heaven . lol we had a gret time ith grandma wilson, we loved going on the tram at the teton ski resort, the boat ride across jennys lake . and all the off road adventures we went on, in search for great wild life.. here is a list of everything we saw.
GRIZZLY BEAR, ELK, MOOSE, DEER, ANTILOPE, HORNED OWL,MOUTAIN CRANES,BUFFALO,FOX, COYOTE, MUSCRAT, BADGER, EAGLES, DEER, HAWKS. and more little animals. IT WAS A GREAT GET AWAY FOR THE KIDS!!

Over memorial weekend we had all the family up for Abigails blessing. it was a blast. On saturday I did a BOIL for eveyone (25) ppl to be exact. lol It was so so fun to line the table in plastic and just pour the food down the center and chow down! On sunday Josh did such an amazing job blessing our dear sweet little girl! Today my little guy graduated from Pre school.. yes he is the oldest in his class but I figured that his birthday lands in august which is right on the dead line so I held him back so he could be the oldest in his class then being the youngest. anyways... I cried all day. as soon as I saw him sitting up there all proud, I lost it. he has grown so much this year.. gotten so smart. My tender heart loves it everytime he smiles with his dimple and his sparkle in his eye! Love you Tanner!

we went to the park with great friends on a nice day and kaden discovered he like, oh wait. he LOVES bugs!!Tanner had an awesome time playing t-ball this year with many of his good friends. got to say, its kinda cool having a kid that knows how to play sports good!!We went to Josh's Grandma's house for mothers day BBQ. Tanner sat and played with this bubble making this for hours, he got freaking good at it!! the Bubbles were at least 10 feet long, it was so cool!And of course sweet Abigail, just sat and looked precious and sweet in her ruffled dress and pink sweater and hat that Grandma Wilson knitted for her.and last, a rainy Saturday(today) they had the funnest time just hanging out and being buddies!! I love these two!

Josh and I just met with the pediatric urologist. ( she was awesome) Both Josh and I felt very happy when we left.
She had another test re-done while we were there.
I would have to draw a picture for you all. but what seems to be going on is that: on her right kidney she has a uritiacil on the end of one of the ureters that is in the bladder.
This may be causing reflex into her kidney which will cause scaring and damage to the kidney.. We won't know for sure until we do more test when she is 3 months old (JULY) the reason to wait till 3 months old.. the kidneys are usually fully developed by then.
There will be a surgery when she reaches 4 moths- 6 months old..(Aug-sept)
AT PRIMARY CHILDREN'S! For sure we know that they will be re-locating her Ureter into the bladder at that time.. Now if the test at 3 months show that there needs to be more done during the surgery, they will do that at the same time as well.. The reason to wait till 4 -6months of age is because the infants brain is not Strong enough yet to handle anisisha during surgery. The Uritiacil that was in the bladder, if it is causing Reflex into the rt kidney, will also have surgery done to remove it as well as the gathering system that it is in contact with.. once again, we will know that when the test at 3 month is done.
For now they are putting her on Amoxicilin to fight any infection she might have in the next two months till the test are done in July.

that's what we know for now.

also: .. we did get it confirmed that both left and right kidney have duplicated systems and are functioning as if there were 4 kidney's!.

I have decided that latly I have been hiding behind layers. I really don't know if its all the emotions from having a baby that has wacked my brain and emotions or if its the fact that I am having a hard time holding back anymore tears about our little Angel ABIGAIL.
Many of you have been emailing, facebooking, texting and even calling to see how I am doing.. most of the time I smile and just say " we are doing great" .... I have decided to drop the facod and show how I really am doing.. Not for sympathy at all.. but just cause this is MY BLOG and kind of a personal journal. so stop peeking at my journal..heheh just kidding.
so here it goes:
We found out about the kidney issues that our little girl might have when we found out she was a girl. We went through our rollercoaster of emotions for a bit but with seeing the specialist and other great doctors.. I was kinda just going through the motions with no emotions about it..
Then our sweet ABIGAIL was here from Heaven.
She came out looking so perfect..(huge) but perfect!
I took her for her Kidney tests and exams last friday. She did amazing for having to be sticked and moved around from table to table and xray to xray..
The results.. Not so fun..
The dye test showed that there were definitly problems with her Right Kidney.. (we kinda knew) but not to this extent..
The rest of the results I never really got to personaly see.
I got a call from our Pedeatric a few days later, telling us they got her results.
They beleive that the issues with the Right kidney are more then we thought. Three words that stabbed me were.. " surgery" and "possible Removal" .
This we know won't truly be comfirmed until we meet with the Pediatric Urologist at Down town st.lukes here on the 22nd of April.. But it has been hard to have those three words always on my mind.
For any parent it would be hard!
But everytime I look at her I cry. Really, how can any of us really protect our little ones from anything from even a little scratch. I wish it was me and not her that had to go through all of this! How do you know that the doctor that your going to be handing your little one over to is going to protect them as much as you do...
I guess these are just feelings and thoughts that I am having a hard time with latly..
Like I said.. I truly don't want sympathy.. Just really needed to talk or get stuff off my chest.. maybe it will make me not a baul baby like I have been... Or maybe I truly have post pardem for the first time.. uggg...
Now I have a headache from crying and typing... Sorry about my bad spelling..Can't find the spell check tab anymore....

Bring on the 2's. Kaden turned 2 on sunday, but becuase of our lazyness, we didn't celebrate it till monday. We had yummy food that our aunt Rachel brought and the coolest SPONGBOB cake from grandma. Kaden loves SPONGBOB... His favorit things latly are to tell everyone to be quiet and then the big "NO"word. He loves playing with his big brother Tannerman. Our lil guy has been so fun. the update is that there is no baby yet..lol I get induced thursday if they scheduled me right this time.. that is if she hasn't come by then.. I am having contractions 3 min apart and getting stronger.. but im not in dying pain yet so therefor.. Im not going to the hospital to get sent home again.. she is sitting on my back pelvic bone, so until she moves her lil head on to my cervix.. im not going to progress on my own.. Freakin annoying if you ask me!!! lol, anyways Hope all is doing good!!!

My handsome hubby turned 31 on tuesday. I got him the coolest gift ever.. a set of winnie roasters..lol aka: hot dog cookers. It was pretty freakin funny when he opened it.. What can i say .. Im so awesome some times..lol It was a fun night,, I took him a pinata to work so he could hit something but it ended up being brought back home so that the kids could hit it later on. that night we had 35 of our good friends/kids and family come out to celebrate with ice cream, cake and cupcakes.. and yes candy from the pinata that went everywhere. it was a fun night. Moved Again!!!!

Thats right.lol You think in 4 moved in a year and a half, I would have this crap down. We moved from Heber to Eagle Id last in sept of 08 stayed there for 9 months and had to move out due to owner having finacial issues. so we moved from eagle to meridian and stayed in that home for 8 months then had to move out cuase owener was doing bankrupcy, lol then we moved into our last home that we were in for almost 2 months..lol and moved cuase we found something bigger, bettter and way cheaper. just couldn't pass up the deal..lol so now we are moved again. All I know is that I truly truly am hoping and praying that we get to stay in this home for a while.. Its through a Home tending company. What they do is take a home that is on the market and do back ground checks on the owner to see if they are loosing it and why it is up for sale. Then they make a deal with the owner and put someone in the home ( home tenders) till the home sales for less of a monthly payment then rent.. Heres the good side.. The owner of this home has a great loan on it and his payments are way cheap for him.. they moved to Washington for his new job and his compnay there told hime that they would make the intrest payment on his home while it was up for sale. so lowering his payment a month even more. He is in now hurry to really sale the home or no need to rush on it. His payments are actually always made at least 15 days befor due and he is ahead on them as well.. He has the home listed at $270,000.00 Roughly.. beautiful home... on the same street that we live on, there are 5 homes for sale. 3 of which are bank owned or going into short sale.. they are actually nicer if not bigger as well and listed about $ 40 -$60 thousand dollars cheaper. so Im not so worried about this one going anytime soon. I had a lil chat with the owner and he said that if we are still in here in 9-12 mo that he is willing to work with us on keeping the house, Which would be my dream come true at this point..lol But for now its nice to be in a bigger, nicer home for about $400.00 cheaper a month in rent. its crazy how the market is these days.... sucks it hit us so hard but its deffinitly sad to see people going thru what we are just slowly starting to get out of. No wonder no one wants to buy homes these days.. You can rent a beautiful home for cheaper then $900.00 a month.. CRAZY HU!! lol, anyways .. its just all fresh on my mind tonight I guess since we just finished moving in.. We have amazing brother in law, cousin and Mother in law who all made today go by so much smoother and less stressful! Thanks yall... Cross your fingers we won't be moving out anytime soon, Cause if so.. damn it , Im moving back to Utah with my parents..lol (kidding) (ok maybe not) lol Hope everyone had a great weekend!

5 weeks and counting

Today I went to the Dr.. and yes thats right 5 weeks and counting. Our lil girl will be here. Its crazy how fast time has gone by. He did say that I had some Amniotic Fluid in my urin but not to worry it was a small amout but they are going to measure the amniotic fluid around her every week now until she is born. We are also moving this week to a new home. lol not a great time for someone to tell me I can't do anything.. HA this dr dosn't know the real Amber Swenson.. heheh Anyways.. I can't wait to hold her.. Its been really really hard latly to be really truly excited about a new lil baby in our home.. With all the stress and crap and bad things so far this year.. Its time to start having stuff turn around for us and start showing the light.. She is going to be a blessing I beleive now,. I new hope for sure!

Our Visit

I headed to Utah on tuesday for the week to be there for my grandfathers funeral. I left ugly idaho and ventured to beautiful snow white covered Utah. It was fun to have a few days to spend time with dear family and friends. On wed I got to head up to Heber to spend time with good friends, Then Josh surprised me and came down with his dear mom to support me and my family on thursday for the funeral. It was a beautiful service. I got to spend time with my lil grandma that I wish I always had more time for! Friday I got to go to lunch with dear friends and then Friday night we met up with our good friends Eric and Sarah for dinner in SLC at the gate way and Josh and I hit up the Jazz game. It was the perfect end to a good week. The boys got to spend time playing in the snow with grandpa and then on saturday Tanner and Josh went snowmobilling with my dad and brothers up in heber. I am bummed to be back. Idaho needs snow!! But when I got back I have a dear friend that is planning a baby shower for me that lifted my spirits. for all those that I didn't get to see in Utah on my visit, know that I thought of you and wish I could spend weeks there to see all of you! My Dear sweet Grandpa Died last night, I am sad that I didnt get to see him befor. I was planning on coming down the weekend of the 12th of feb to see him , and just didnt get down soon enough. So now I.m on my way to spend the week. It sucks loosing the good ones! Well I guess with it being a new year, Its time to start new things. For us, Its way NEW THINGS! Like a new home. We moved right after christmas, and it was a headache with everything else going on up here with family emergencies and horrible braxton hicks, we are moved. Do I like the house, NO! but really I can't complain, at least I have a roof over my head and a bed for my children to lay their heads in. Josh has done an amazing job providing for us this year. he works so hard so so hard, I can only hope that one of these days, all of this hard hard work will pay off. We have amazing friends up here that have been there all the way to help us with our move and praying for jer and Rachel.. I love all our dear friends we have up here. But, Miss our Utah friends dearly!!!! We are getting settled in and move on with life after the last two trialing weeks. Loosing a loved one,(dear eden) even if her sweet spirit was with us shortly, it helps you relize how short life is and how important loved ones are to you!! We are loving watching Tanner and Kaden play and become best of buddies. two hillarious personalities definitly makes a hard day better. Its fun to see how excited they are for a little sister to come.(no name yet) our due date has been pushed up. We get to meet her the end of march now instead of april. Anyways. I just wanted to drop a lil line and the day on a happy note. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Eden is 8 days old today!! she is our families lil blessing and Mirical baby!! She is still in critical condition but the small little improvments everyday are definitly blessings being answered! Thanks everyone for your prayers and concerns for her and her dear family!

With everything that is going on in our family right now, it was good to get some good news for once! I went to the specialist today and our lil girl is improving. Her kidneys are looking great. She still has a cyst blister type thing in her bladder that is causing blockage, but other then that everyting else looks great! I am 27 weeks along but she is messuring at 29 weeks.. so I am guessing its time for me to lay off of the onion rings and everything else I have been stuffing my face with..lol We are in our new house finally. its been a long freakin week. Trying to move and with josh's brothers wife Rachel giving birth to dear sweet baby Eden at 23 weeks. its been back and forth from the NICU in Boise and moving. but for now. we are moved in and just praying for baby eden. thanks yall

About this time of year most of us sit back and look at all the things that we are blessed with. When its snowing outside we are blessed with the warmth of our homes. When we are sick we are blessed with great Doctors and Medicine. And when we are down, We are truly blessed with the loved ones around us. Heart specialist said that everything with her little heart is good for now. (heart warming news for us) so for now we are just going to focus on her kidneys and what we need to do next. Today we went to the specialist high risk ob and found our that our lil girl has 3 kidneys possibly 4. She will most likly have to have surgery when born to seal off 1 or 2 of hem. Also, they are sending us to a Heart specialist. they are seeing something growing on the outside of her heart and are going to look at it more indeapth weather it is a part of her heart or just a sack of fluid. Also today My moms dog Gabbie DIEd! we have had gabbi in our family for 12 years now and this morning she was coughing up blood and so my mom and dad had her checked and they gave her a couple of hours to live. so my parents had to have her put down. if any of you know my mom and gabbi. she was like a child to my mom.. she is heart broken.. just thought I would let you all know. we are going to the heart specialist in an hour so I will update everyone when we find out more.

KADEN IS A FREAKIN MONKEY!!!! for the last month or so, the lil devil has been climbing out of his crib! it is on the lowest it can go, and the lil sucker wraps his lil toes around the bars and climbs out... Nap time , NO MORE>. SET Bed time, NO MORE.. Sleeping in, NO MORE>> kaden use to take a nap from 12 - 2:30 perfect time cause I timed it to be the same time that Tanner went to school so I could be a lazy ace and sleep tooo.. But kaden sits in his crib and will act like he is taking a nap until I close the door and then out he comes. Kaden use to go to bed at 7:30 -8 pm. No more, Kaden will finally fall asleep about 9 or so..kaden use to sleep until 8 or 8:30 am.. no more the lil sucker gets out of his room at 6 freakin am... shoot me... What do I do.. I have thought of tieing the lil guys limbs down to the crib posts.. I have also thought about turning the crib over on him like a cage.. lol what to do.. as I even sit here an blog the lil sucker is climbing out, I can hear him.. UGGG. help, Drugs are my next option.. hehehh

When your pregnant, You cant hold back when you sneeze! Embarrassing, Hell ya! anyways.. Driving on the freeway in heavy traffic doesn't make this any easier! Normally I do all my wash at my moms home before heading back up to Idaho.. this time, I just wanted to get home.. so when a lil sneeze attack snuck up on me while driving, there was no clean clothes to change into.. so my McGiver instint kicked in, and remembered that Tanner still had clean clothes and sweet power ranger underwear.. so Im not sure if I should say I'm proud to have fit into my 5 yr. olds underwear or embarrassed that I had to.......lol once again, great adventures with ME!!

Kauai was AMAZING!!! I am actually really bummed to be home! I could have stayed another week! We had a blast. It was fun watching Kaden experiance the ocean for the first time. Tanner and Kaden played everyday in the sand. It was the perfect vaacation. We met up with my family in Salt lake and flew over together. Karen ( josh's mom) flew over to meet up with all of us on tuesday. we loved having her with us. Josh and I had fun doing to Tech40 photoshoot in princeville. We got to go hiking up cool trails and swing on vines. I cant wait to see the ad for the new watch. Normanly when we go to Hawaii we plan lots of stuff to do, this time, it was actually nice to do nothing, we just played everyday at the beach and pools. Josh and the men did excape a couple of days to do some serious hiking, jeeping, and body boarding at the Barking sands beach,,( deadly waves) It was the best, I wish I could do it all again. Waiohai Resort here we come! We are off to Kauai. The whole fam is going. We leave first thing in the morning and get back in 8 days! not long enough in my books but we are happy that Josh is taking the time off to go, he wasn't going to stay the whole time but we talked him into it. although he will be working everyday while over there I'm sure, I'm just glad to have us all there! We first fly into salt lake and then from there we will meet up with the rest of the fam and head over together... Ill let you know how that goes..lol On Tuesday Josh and I get to go do a PHOTO SHOOT for a watch company www.tech4o.com It will be fun, and we get to keep the watches and get paid. I'm super excited, I will let you all know when the ad for the watches comes out. like I said in my previous post, I will have my drugs in one hand and a swimsuit in the other, I'm set! What the hell is it about Pregnancy that turns a woman into a FREAK SHOW? you start craving stuff that looks like it should have been put together by a garbage truck! PICKLES and ICE CREAM>>> not me.. My neighbor is pregnant as well and kinda weird but I still talk to her.. and she just loves that Im pregnant and so we can share craving stories.. Sorry lady Im not that weird (yet) Any ways, I was outside the other day and she came up to me eating the most nasty smelling thing in the world, i litteraly dry heeved.. PICKLES IN ICE CREAM!!! are you freaking kidding me.. thats just sick and wrong!!! I was wondering why she always smelled like pickles, well now I know... bless her heart..lol Anyways it had me thinking of all the crap that pregnancy dose to us woman.. we turn into walking FREAK SHOWS!! litteraly! We get fat, our boobs start growing in ways that boobs should not hang!! we start to waddle, we eat nasty crap, we love ya then we hate ya.. we cry when we see a bug get smashed.. one min. you feel great and have energy , the next you are hugging a toilet wanting to kill someone.....WHAT THE HELL>>> lol.. THATS JUST MESSED UP THAT MEN GET THE EASY PART.. anyways needless to say there are great doctors that give great drugs ..:) heheheh so hopefully I will stay clear of being that walking Freak show ( for now) I will just think of my dear sweet neighbor , and try to be the opposite! :) we are all freak shows in our own ways,, You all know you are.. heheheh Much love to you Freaks!

I just had a few thoughts that I felt like sharing. Have you ever wanted to stop time in its tracks? The other night I had this moment. It was a warm summer night and we were all just hanging out outside late. Tanner and I were playing Hop Scotch, Kaden was picking plums off of the plum tree and Josh was putting the grass that he had just mowed in a black garbage bag. We were all happy and having fun. We sat out side for a good hour and just hung out. Tanner was trying to tech Kaden how to color with chalk and not to eat it. it was the perfect summer family night, i wish I could have stopped time and enjoyed it more. These days Tanner and kaden are so fun to watch play together. I cant wait to watch them grow together and become best of pals. I hope you all have great timeless nights like this.. they are the ones that will stick with us forever.

We love our lil T-dog. I am sad that Im missing so many pictures from when we moved up here and switched computers. some day I hope to find them. Our lil guy has grown up to be such a loving and fun kid. He has the biggest heart and can always stand up to a fight..lol He loves being a big brother, and kaden loves to follow Tanner around and do everything that he does. Love you tanner man! Our trip to Utah.....

Im so behind! we were in Utah almost 3 weeks ago and I havent even put pictures up.. Anyways, its always fun when we make it down to spend time with our friends and family. I got down on monday afternoon and Josh flew down on thrusday night. Tanner and my dad went fishing monday night as soon as grandpa got off of work. although there were no fish caught, Tanner always has the best of time with grandpa. I was able to be in town on my dear friend Sarah's birthday, and got to celebrate it with her. we took the kids to the gateway discovery and the splash pad, then cake and Ice cream in good ol Heber. Many days were spent laying by my parents pool. My moms aunt died so we had a good day spending with her extended family, which I might add, are ver interesting, ( totaly wacked) people.lol We had fun spending the 24th with dear dear friends and doing fireworks. On saturday we took off for the Moutains up A.F. canyon and went fourwheeling for the day. It was a blast. The week went way too fast! but I was glad to have made it down. here are some pics of the week. Hope everyone is doing good, Tanner's birthday is sunday so lets hope that I am on top of stuff for it..lol Im loosing my mind these days!
